Umbriance Villa is bookable Exclusively for groups of at least 10 people .
The farmhouse has 24 beds, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and is divided into two independent apartments with two lounges, two kitchens and manageable areas to accommodate families and groups of friends. Dedicated spaces for children of all ages. In the outdoor area there is a large garden and patio with outdoor swimming pool. Parking is private and the residence is located in total privacy.

Activities for children

Villa Umbriance is positioned in total privacy not far from the medieval village of Stroncone. Walking through the historic center with children is an experience that will make them feel like little explorers. You can walk through the walls of the village and visit the Church of St. Nicholas and then stop in the square to enjoy an ice cream. A short walk from the center of Stroncone, there is a beautiful forest that offers easy walking trails. It is a perfect place to teach children to observe local flora and fauna, look for animals or simply enjoy the tranquility of nature.
The surroundings of Stroncone are full of medieval villages worth exploring. You can visit Cesi, with its peaceful atmosphere, or Narni, famous for its historic center and beautiful Roman bridge. Children will enjoy discovering ancient churches and mysterious alleys. What's more, Narni is famous for its Chronicles of Narnia-every child has seen or read this fantastic novel set in the small town of Narni.

Outdoor games, orientation.
Description: Organize a treasure hunt in the huge garden of Umbrianco or in the park or woods of Stroncone! This game stimulates curiosity and observation, and can be a fun activity for the whole family. You can hide small clues or objects along the way and let children solve the puzzles to find the "treasure."

There are several educational farms around Stroncone that offer educational activities for children, such as fruit picking, caring for farm animals, or cooking classes. Children can have fun and learn how farms work and how the food they eat is produced.

Hiking, outdoor games, picnics.
The famous Marmore Falls is about 15-20 km from Stroncone, so it is easily accessible. In addition to visiting the spectacular falls, you can take a walk along the trails that wind through the surrounding park. There are also picnic areas, ideal for a break with the children. Not far from Stroncone we can pet a very sweet alpaca! The farm offers the opportunity to visit the facility and interact with the alpacas, participating in guided tours where children can learn more about these creatures. During the tour, children will have the opportunity to take a walk with the alpacas, feed them and maybe even try spinning their wool. It is an immersive experience that stimulates curiosity and teaches respect for animals and the environment.

In the Umbrian countryside, we are able to organize cooking workshops designed for children. These workshops offer the opportunity to learn how to prepare typical Umbrian dishes, such as pizza, homemade pasta or sweets such as cookies.
Children can learn how to make pasta, cut vegetables (under supervision, of course), make cakes or pizza, and, at the end, enjoy what they have prepared. These workshops take place in a hands-on and playful way, with appropriate and safe spaces.

Theme nights and celebrations

-On the first Sunday in May, St. Nicholas is celebrated. It is one of the most important celebrations for Stroncone, dedicated to the patron saint of the town. During the festival, the historic center comes alive with religious processions, folk shows, concerts and traditional games.
Activities and Events: You can watch parades in historical costumes, listen to live music and participate in various activities for children, such as games and workshops. There is no shortage of stalls with typical local products, such as cheeses, cold cuts and sweets, which you can enjoy as you explore the village.

-Chestnut Festival, Wine and Oil Festival (October) During the festival, the village is transformed into a large food and wine event, with stands offering typical dishes and craft markets. During these festivals, children can participate in workshops on preparing traditional olive oil dishes, play outdoor games, and learn how to recognize fresh and healthy local ingredients. There are also spaces where the little ones can have fun while their parents savor local products.

-Christmas Market (December) The markets come alive with lights, decorations and festive music. Children can meet Santa Claus, participate in creative workshops (such as making small Christmas decorations) or simply stroll among the stalls and enjoy typical sweets such as gingerbread. The town square is decorated with Christmas trees and lights that create a magical atmosphere.

-Witches' Night (Halloween)During this evening, children dress up as witches, ghosts and other spooky characters, participating in themed games and scavenger hunts. There are also entertainment shows, scary story readings and dancing in the square.
